Our Brief

Within the property food and beverage outlets are split over several floors, we have spent many hours master planning the whole operation, to ensure that no one directly competes with one another in the same price bracket.

The Result

Currently a live project with over 1400 guest rooms on site. We will utilise the various branded food and beverage outlets to service the guests. With a casino that aims to accommodate over a 1000 people too – it’s possible to assume that at any one time there could be over 7000 guests in the building.

Which breaks down as following:

  1. Conference & Event space – 2500 capacity seated plus reception space for a further 1000 people.
  2. Level 5 restaurants – 650 capacity
  3. Georgian Tower Restaurant – 120 Capacity
  4. Casino – 1000 capacity
  5. Rooms – 1400 capacity
  6. Luxury Shopping Mall – 1500 capacity and operated by Harvey Nichols, with an amazing array of luxury shops and boutiques.
  7. Luxury Spa
  8. 2000 sq. metre production kitchen
  9. 1500 sq. metre goods receiving and dispatch centre.
