Elounda, Crete is a multi-functional resort featuring two hotels, six restaurants, five beach clubs, and a superyacht harbour. We have been appointed as the lead food and beverage consultants for this project, guiding its development through various stages.
Our role includes collaborating with a blend of international franchisors and local restaurants to curate the perfect look and feel for the resort, while also preserving the heritage of local cuisine. The project is set to be completed by 2028.
